The "correct" answer depends upon whatever that person usually does on Saturdays... (not necessarily NEXT Saturday). It depends upon the answerer. Who is answering?

Tú or "you" is the subject. "What do YOU do on Saturdays?" OR "What are you doing on Saturdays?" Both are translations in English. Be sure you answer with the "yo" (I) form of a verb.
