At what speed must an electron travel to have a wavelength of 13.6 pm? I got 9.89x10^-15 m/s as the answer and its wrong where did I mess up in my calculations? I keep coming up with 9.89x10^-15 m/s and its wrong.

You're punching the calculator wrong. v = h/m*wavelength.
I get something like 5.3E7 m/s but that's a close estimate.
