What should an employer or Human Resource Manager do when they find drugs in someone car during a random search at work? What if the employee says it is not their?

Thank you for using the Jiskha Homework Help Forum. Whether or not the drugs belong to the employee, it is "possession." It would depend upon the rules of that particular company, but I'm sure there would be a drug test of that employee.
