Can you help me express the following ideas in a letter? It is really urgent and I don't want to be misunderstood. Thank you.

1) We're looking for a double room plus extra bed for my six-year-old child for 15 nights from 4 August to 19 August.
2) In particular, we would be grateful to you if you could help us find a four-star-hotel accommodation which meets the needs of children (I don't know how to express this).
3) It should have a kids' club, an outdoor playground,a heated swimming pool, a mini-golf and a bowling alley. 4) It should lie very close to a bowling alley and an amusement centre.
It should also offer horse-riding facilites and bike hire.
