I really need help with question I know its simple but I just cant seem to get it:

Assuming 2:30p.m. was by an accurate watch (not his), then the watch lost 5 minutes every 6 hours.
Assuming the watch loses time at a constant rate, then in 24 hours it would lose 5*(24/6) minutes.
