how do you graph the function:
C(x)= {.15x, if 0<x is less than or equal to 8

your graph will be a straight line, so all you need are two points.
let x=1, then C(1)= .15 or y = .15
let x= 10, then C(10) = 1.5
you might want to scale the x and C(x) axis differently, e.g mark the x axis from 0 to 10, and mark the vertical axis in units of 10
