The length of a rectangle is 10 feet more than twice its width. The perimeter of
the rectangle is 170 feet. Find the dimensions of the rectangle.

let the width be x feet, then the length is 2x+10 feet

2(x) + 2(2x+10) = 170

6x + 20 = 170
x = 25

so the width is 25 feet and the length is 60 feet
