A rectangle has the length of 5x and the width of 5x-4. Find the perimeter and the area of this rectangle.

remember , Perimeter = 2 x width + 2 x length
area = length x width

Perimeter = 2(5x-4) + 2(5x)
= ....

area = 5x(5x-4)
= ...
