recall pressure is force per unit area, or
P = F/A
where the force is in Newton (N) , pressure is in Pascal (Pa) and area is in square meters (m^2)
thus, we first convert the dimensions to meters:
19 cm = 0.19 m
27 cm = 0.27 m
A = 0.19*0.27 = 0.0513 m^2
substituting,
100000 = F / (0.0513)
F = 100000*0.0513
F = 5130 N
hope this helps~ :)
