the rate of delivery is 150 g h^-1
so the length of time is
3000 g/150 g h^-1
20 h
Note the unit conversion to g.
Note that the unit g cancels and we end up with just h, unit of time, which is what we want.

do you mean how many hours will it take for the feeder to give all of the food he/she is holding? if so,
then we first convert 3 kg to grams:
1 kg = 1000 g ; thus
3 kg = 3000 g
now we divide 3000 by 150 to get the time needed:
3000 / 150 = 20 hours
hope this helps~ :)
