I assume that you mean what will the velocity of an object be at impact when dropped from a height of 30 feet?
Using h = Vo(t) + 32.2(t^2)/2 and assuming zero velocity when dropped,
30 = (0(t + 32.2(t^2)/2
60 = 32.2t^2
t^2 = 1.863 making t = 1.365 sec.
From Vf = Vo + 32.2t, the velocity at impact becomes Vf = 32.2(1.365) = 43.95ft./sec.
