Frank pays his employees weekly. He would like to start paying them four times the weekly amount on a monthly basis. Is a month equivalent to four weeks?

4 weeks x 12 months = 48 pay peroids. so no a month is not equal to 4 weeks.
52 weeks in a year. You would take the the weekly amount the employee is paid and x's it by 52 and then divide it by 12.
