Two simple multiplications, and you can do it in your head.
multiply top equation by 2
4x-6y=10
multiply the bottom equation by 3
15x+6y=18
add 19x=38
x=2
multiply top equation by 2
4x-6y=10
multiply the bottom equation by 3
15x+6y=18
add 19x=38
x=2
