Please share a strategy with me. I also added answer choices to the first problem. What is the best way to solve the following problems:
Sam's family eats 4 to 6 apples every day. Which is a reasonable number of days that it will take Sam's family to eat a bag of 20 apples?
Possible answer choices are as follows: more than 10 days
between 6 and 10 days, between 3 and 6 days, or fewer than 3 days
COULD YOU USE A T-CHART ON THIS PROBLEM?
Terry's party started at 6:30 p.m. and ended at 9:00 p.m. What was the total amount of time that Terry's party lasted?

If the family eats 4 apples a day, they'll finish the bag in 5 days. If they eat 6 apples a day it will take them 3 days with two apples left over.
Subtract 6:30 from 8:60.
