you really ought to use standard notation, I have no idea what you mean by square (sqare of 8t is 64t^2).
use this if you want square root: sqrt(x)
if you want square (x)^2
if you want something to a power (x)^n
use this if you want square root: sqrt(x)
if you want square (x)^2
if you want something to a power (x)^n
