I have a space 43 foot long, and 22 stones 10 1/2" diameter each, how far apart to space them?

Convert everything to feet as a unit.

43 - 22(10.5)/12 = 43 - 19.25 = 23.75 feet

With 21 spaces between the 22 objects, what does that lead to?
