3. Est-ce qu'il y a des chevaux a la bibliotheque?

My answer: Non, il n'y....I don't know whether to use Jamais in this one or not?

And also for number 2, I just said that there is nothing on the tables, Im not sure whether Im supposed to say no there are no books on the tables...

Ne…plus = no more
Ex: There are no more leaves on this tree. = Il n’y a plus de feuilles sur cet arbre.
