ok, left: 1450-850= 600N to the direction of F2
now upward: 4600-3600=1000N down.
Resultant= sqrt (600^2+1000^2) at an angle downward from f2 of arctan(1000/600)
so the angle clockwise then will be 360-that angle downward.
