m = (-2 - 6)/(-5 - 3)
m = -8/-8 = 1
Slope-intercept form of the equation,
y = mx + b,
where m = slope and b = y-intercept
To find the y-intercept, Use either point to substitute into the equation,
y = mx + b
P (3,6), m = 1
y = mx + b
6 = 1(3) + b
6 = 3 + b
b = 3
