I don't understand your data.

">" means "greater than" and "^" indicates an exponent.

Any value to the zero power = 1

If it is (5-3)^0 = 1 or 3^0 = 1. If the latter:

5[6-2(5-3^0)] = 5[6-2(5-1)] = 5 (6 - 8) = -10
