Shortest side = X cm.
Middle side = (X + 3)cm.
Longest side = 2(x + 3) = (2X + 6)cm.

X + (X + 3) + (2X + 6) = 45cm,
4X + 9 = 45,
4X = 45 - 9 = 36,

X = 9cm = Shortest side.
X + 3=9 + 3 = 12cm=Middle length side.
2X + 6 = 18 + 6 = 24cm = Longest side.
