rectangle with base of 16 and height of 3
check: area = 3(16) = 48
perimeter = 2(3) + 2(6) = 38
I just worked backwards,
since perimeter = 38 , sum of length and width has to be 19
what two numbers add up to 19 and multiply to 48 ?
