A cube has 8 vertices. A square pyramid(pyramid with a square base) has 5 vertices. A triangular pyramid (pyramid with a triangular base) has only 4 vertices.
A Pyramid has 5 vertices 5 faces and 8 edges and those are all answers for a Pyramid that has a square base on it.
