18. Must be another misprint in your book if we are speaking TO any one, for it would require a comma for "direct address." From what you see, it MUST be A but should have been written:

19. This has to do with how you tell time. Assuming it is to say "a quarter past..." = cuarto = a
22. Actually, neither of those. ON + any day of the week = el = c (Jack is correct but it's more important for you to know WHY)
23. Often a good dictionary will help. Get one, or ask for one that is online. El otoño = fall/autumn is a season = a = estación (which also can mean station, depending upon the context, or how it is used.)
