First distribute on the left side. 4(16-t)= 64-4t. Now the equation reads 2t/3-11=64-4t-1t/3. Now, to get rid of the division by 3, multiply everything by 3. 2t-33= 192- 1t. Now get the t's on the same side. Add 1t to the left side. 3t-33=192. Then add 33 to 192. 3t= 225. Finally, divide 225 by 3 to find t. t=74
