The angle bet. the diag. and the long
side = 30 deg.
The diagonal forms two 30-60-90 triangles
L = sin 60 = op/hy = a/12
L = .87 = a/12
L = a = 10.44
W = sin 30 = b/hy = b/12
W = .50 = b/12
W = b = 6
P = 2*10.4 + 2*6 = 32.8in.
