Is the left side x/2 or 1/(2x) ?

1/2x > -3

Multiply both sides by 2x


2x (1/2x) > -3 (2x)

1> -6x

Multiply both sides by -1

The sign will change when you multiply by a negatice number.

-1 < 6x

Divide both sides by 6

-1/6 < x
-
aNS : Lower limit (-1/6)

and upper limit infinity

ie (-1/6, infinity) is the Ans:
