What is the total number of terms in the sequence -3, -1, 1, ... , 99?

I know the common difference is 2 and
a1 = 3. My question is 99, Sn?

term(n) = a + 2(n-1)
-3 + 2(n-1) = 99
-3 + 2n - 2 = 99
2n = 104
n = 52

so the 52nd term is 99
