if the isosceles triangle abc has one base angle of 2x-20 and the other base angle x+10 then what is the measure of angle b given the choices 36,40, 44, and 48

since the base angles are equal, just solve

2x-20 = x+10

Depending on whether B is one of the base angles, or the third angle, you may have to do some subtracting from 180.

Better check for typos. I don't see the correct answer in either case.
