I believe this answer to be correct. Just need to know.
-13<= 4x-2<=-1;
First equation:-13<=4x-2:
ADD 2 TO BOTH SIDES;
-13+2<=4X-2+2;
-11<=4X; DIVIDE BOTH SIDES BY 4;
X|-11/4<=X;

Second Equation: 4x-2<=-1
ADD 2 TO BOTH SIDES;
4X-2+2<=-1+2
4X<=1/4
X|X<=1/4
