How fast must you lift a 3.60 kg container of milk if the power output of your arm is to be 21.3 W?

how would i approach this question? would i still use P=W/T?

Use this equation:
Force x velocity = power
velocity = Power/force
= [21.3 J/s]/(M g)
Use M = 3.60 kg and g = 9.8 m/s^2
