Na2CO3 + 2HCl ==> 2NaCl + H2O + CO2

Convert 20.1 g CO2 to moles. moles = grams/molar mass.
Using the coefficients in the balanced equation, convert moles CO2 to moles HCl.
Now convert moles HCl to M. M = moles/L of solution.
