Write the equation and balance it.

Na2CO3 + 2HCl ==> H2O + CO2 + 2NaCl

moles Na2CO3 = M x L = ??
Using the coefficients in the balanced equation, convert moles Na2CO3 to moles HCl.
Now using M = mols/L, convert HCl to volume.
