There is no verb form of solicitude. A close synomym is "concern" which can be a verb. The verb, solicit has the same origin as solicitude.

really isn't a verb form.
The verb "solicit" does not have the same meaning as solicitude.
And "elude" and elusive are not exactly the same in meaning either.
Check your dictionary for the meanings of those verbs
