a= 13 tan(3.5) h= the height of the mon.
h= 13 tan(9)-a
h=13 tan(9)-13tan(3.5)
h=1.264 feet
h= 13 tan(9)-a
h=13 tan(9)-13tan(3.5)
h=1.264 feet

you place the coefficient of the radical in the power. Then you divide by 13 and multiply by (tan(9)xtan(3.5)). Then you put the x into the equation to find the height of the mountain
