does mozart compose the music in the opera in such a way that he puts the nobility as above the peasantry?

Didn't the peasants get the upper hand by outwitting the Nobility? Did the music minuet shift from the dance of the Nobility to the dance of the peasant? In this play, the music goes hand in hand with the story.
