I am having a hard time with the following : 50 g HCl + 50g Ca(OH)2=H2O+? amt of CaCl2? I don't know how to set this prob. up.Please HELP!Thank you in advance....

balance the equation first.
Then figure moles of HCl and moles of Ca(OH)2
then look at the mole ratios of the reactants on the balanced equation. You will have excess of one reactant. Then based on the non excess reactant, how many moles of calcium chloride do you get.Convert that to grams.
