Numbers can be added or subtracted from both sides of an inequality without chaning its dircction.
The same goes for multiplying or dividing both sides by POSITIVE numbers.
If a negative number is multiplied by or divided into an inequality, the direction of the > or < sign must change.
Use these rules to get only the unknown (x) on one side of the inequality, and you will have solved it.
