I will assume you meant:
(27^x)(3^(1-x) )(9^(2x))
notice that 27, 3, and 9 are all powers of 3
27= 3^3
3= 3^1
9 = 3^2
so you have:
(3^(3x) )(3^(1-x) )(3^(4x)
