it's initial vertical downward speed is 3.9sin13.8
h=.65 -3.9sin13.8*t-4.9t^2=0 solve for t
then, horizontal distance=3.9cos13.8*t
h=.65 -3.9sin13.8*t-4.9t^2=0 solve for t
then, horizontal distance=3.9cos13.8*t
