for the reaction: c3h8+5o2=3co2 +4h2o how many moles of o2 will be produced in the complete combustion of 0.75 moles of c3h8?
I think the ans is 2.25 moles of co2, but i am not sure because i still don't think I understand this fully please help

Surely.
I think you meant how many moles CO2 and not O2. Use the coefficients in the balanced equation.
0.75 moles C3H8 x (3 moles CO2/1 mole C3H8) = 0.75 x 3/1 = 2.25 moles CO2.

Thank you DrBob222,
For the reaction C3H8+5CO2=3CO2+4H2O
How many moles of C3H8 are needed to produce 1.50moles of CO2? I think the ans is 0.5 molesC3H8
