"it" depends upon what is in mind. If it is a masculine singular noun (el libro, for example) it = él (just like he) but if it is a feminine singular noun (la casa, for example), it = ella (just like she).
As for we, if the group is made up of all males or males and females mixed (even if there are 200 females and ONE male), we = nosotros. But, if the group is made up of all females = nosotras.

It would be él (with accent) or ella. There is one other word for "it" when it is "neuter" or no specific noun in mind. That word is one you may never see: ello.
