De niño, era curioso y tímido, y tenía muchos juguetes como una muñeca y un peluche que me encantaban. Mi familia era muy unida: mis padres eran cariñosos y mis abuelos nos visitaban a menudo. Mi abuela me daba galletas y siempre me contaba historias antes de dormir; yo la escuchaba con atención. En la escuela estudiaba y veía que mis amigos eran simpáticos; el maestro nos ayudaba cuando no entendíamos.

Cuando era pequeño, jugaba en el parque con mis vecinos y coleccionaba piedras y caracoles. Iba al colegio cada día y, después de las clases, mis amigos y yo montábamos en bicicleta y leíamos cómics; muchas veces veíamos televisión juntos. Mis padres nos compraban helados y yo les decía “gracias” siempre. También era travieso a veces y me escondía debajo de la mesa para jugar.

Translation

As a child, I was curious and shy, and I had many toys like a doll and a stuffed animal that I loved. My family was very close: my parents were loving and my grandparents visited us often. My grandmother used to give me cookies and always told me stories before bed; I would listen to her attentively. At school I used to study and I saw that my friends were friendly; the teacher used to help us when we didn't understand.

When I was little, I used to play in the park with my neighbors and I collected stones and seashells. I used to go to school every day and, after classes, my friends and I rode bikes and read comics; many times we watched TV together. My parents used to buy us ice cream and I always used to say "thank you" to them. I was also mischievous sometimes and I would hide under the table to play.
