f(x) = x+3 if x < equal to -3
4 if x > -3
1. lim
x-> -3 from the left
2. lim
x-> -3 from the right
I need a specific point for each limit.

Frim the left (x<-3), x = 0
From the right (x>-3), x = 4
There is a discontinuity at x=-3.
I do not know what you mean by a "specific point". Those are actual limiting values.
