can 0 be divided by 0 ?

Nope.
no its 0
Ms Sue, are you saying (hopefully :-) that 0 divided by 0 is not possible? Just need clarification for graphing purposes. Helen said it's 0, but I'm hoping that THAT is not the case, and that it is: not possible
0/0 is what mathematicians refer to as indeterminate. If the numerator and denominator are functions f and g (of a variable we will call x) and become zero at the same value of x, it is possible tnat there is a finite limit of the function f/g that is nonzero.
