can someone show the steps 6*1/2-4[2-3(4*1/2-3)]=-17 in two step equation in algrebra

6*1/2-4[2-3(4*1/2-3)]
= 6*1/2-4[2-3(2-3)]
= 6*1/2-4[2-3(-1)]
= 6*1/2-4[2+3]
= 6*1/2-4[5]
= 3 - 20
= -17

of course you could plug
6*1/2-4(2-3(4*1/2-3))
into the Google search window to get
