how do you solve the math order of operations problem 8-(24/8)^2

Parentheses - Divide 24 by 8 get 3.
Exponents - 3 squared is 9.
Multiplication - None.
Division - It was in the parentheses.
Addition - None.
Subtraction - 8-9.
