I need help to solve this math problem.

-7.4=-3.7+x=

The problem is not clear, with two equal signs.
If the last equal sign is to be ignored, you have
-7.4 = -3.7 + x
Add 3.7 to both sides of the equal sign to get
3.7 - 7.4 = 3.7 - 3.7 + x
-3.7 = x
x = -3.7
