Segment Two Collaboration Instructions (Simplified)
Introduction
Have you ever shared something on social media? People share pictures, thoughts, or questions, which helps them connect with others. For this activity, we will use our discussion as a social media space. You will help your classmates by giving advice on their local conservation problems and also share your own issue.
Part One: Sharing Ideas with Classmates
Find the Segment 02 Collaboration discussion and read some posts by your classmates. Choose two posts that you like and have ideas for. Write a short comment to help them out. Make sure your comments are helpful and not too long, like social media posts.
Part Two: Posting a Conservation Issue
Think about a local conservation problem that is different from the ones you commented on. Make a clear subject line for your issue and explain how it is hurting the environment or people. Try to keep your post short.
Part Three: Collaboration Reflection
Answer the questions about your experience in just a few sentences. Mention why you chose your topic and who you helped. Let your teacher know if you had any problems with this activity.
Checklist
When you finish everything, send all your posts and answers together to your instructor. Don’t forget to include your comments and reflection answers!
