1. POSITION AND DUTIES
The Employee agrees to work as a Cleaner for We Got Your Back NGO. 1.2 The Employee shall perform the following duties, which include but are not limited to:
Cleaning designated areas.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in both public and private spaces.
Reporting any maintenance issues to the employer.
Following safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.
2. TERM OF EMPLOYMENT
The term of this contract shall begin on ………………………………………and continue until terminated by either party in accordance with the provisions of this contract.
3. WORKING HOURS
The Employee shall work ……………………………………..per week, to be determined in agreement with the Employer.
4. COMPENSATION

The Employer is committed to providing a safe working environment. The Employee agrees to adhere to all safety protocols and practices established by the Employer.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda.
